Chris Pasch, my companion of nearly four decades and stalwart health advocate, starts each day with a swim at Barton Springs Pool. “Each day” means Every Day, including times when the air temps dip below freezing. Today the morning air temperature was a balmy 75 degrees Fahrenheit (23.9 degrees Celsius).
Barton Springs Pool “measures three acres in size, and is fed from underground springs with an average temperature of 68-70 degrees, ideal for year-round swimming.”

I wish I could, too. I have nephrostomy tubes coming out my back so swimming is out. There are hot springs all over Utah. There is even one in a crater! That one instantly helped my arthritis and eased the migraine. I truly believe in their healing powers. As you said, magical! Thank you for giving me an idea for a post.
It's the best way to start the day!
