Staying warm in a cold snap
Temperatures dipped into the teens Fahrenheit (-12 to -7 Celsius) last night and Bun slept outside. She conserves energy by resting in the loaf position and was sufficiently perky when we greeted her this morning.
Even though she seems fine in the cold, I plan on bringing her inside more during freezing temps. Some might say out of an abundance of caution. For me it’s more of an abundance of cuteness.
She had breakfast inside yesterday: Romaine, radicchio, and endive. My new year’s diet resolution in one meal!
